Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, except in cases of damaged product delivery (leakage / broken) due to transit. In such cases, a refund / exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification.
In case of return due to any other reason other than damaged goods, the request for return must be placed within 24 hours of order delivery. Please note the following conditions for return of products:
•The items must be in their original packing, unused and in resalable condition.
